Train Your Brain Podcast brings you tip number 299. Today’s brain training tip is a great little exercise that you can do with your eyes. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and at arms’ length in front of you hold a piece of paper with a dot on it at eye level. Slowly move your head from side to side, but don’t take your eyes off of the dot. This helps the brain to learn to keep its eye on a target and navigate its environment. Thanks for listening!
