Before having to engage in a challenging mental activity, stretch your brain by closing your eyes and visualizing a line. Then, in your mind, turn the line into a circle, square, etc. Concentrating on the formation of these shapes warms up your brain and gets you ready to be sharp! Thanks for listening!
