Today Dr. Trayford shares brain training tip number 109 so that you can learn how to manage the relaxation of the muscles in your body. This is a good ability to develop. By knowing how to tense and relax the major muscles in your body you are able to force yourself to relax when you many have involuntary tensing that you wouldn’t otherwise know about.
