If you work all night and sleep all day, which many good, hard-working individuals do, then just try to set a standard schedule so that your body can have its own rhythm. In Episode 106, Dr. Trayford talks about another important application of blood sugar. He has talked about limiting consumption of blood sugar, but on the opposite end of the spectrum he wants to caution us against letting our blood sugar become too low as a result of skipping meals. This is not an effective dieting technique, in fact it will most likely prevent your body from releasing fat. Some stimulants may be prescribed, over the counter medications. Ask your doctor if you can take those in the morning to avoid late dosages.
