Make sure that you do what you need to do to get restorative sleep at night. You may need to use separate bedding or invest in a mattress that can be customized on each side. Anything that is not typical will affect the brain as a stressor. Dr. Trayford gives several examples of how social media interactions are not typical, real-world conditions. Please consider limiting your social media time so as to make room for real interactions.
