Brain training tip number 90 is to practice diaphragmatic breathing. What does that mean? It means to take deep breaths from all the way down from your belly. Shallow breathing from your chest doesn’t give you a full oxygen exchange and you’re not getting rid of all of the carbon dioxide that you need to. Make sure that you do what you need to do to get restorative sleep at night. You may need to use separate bedding or invest in a mattress that can be customized on each side.
