Just as balance of the body is important to brain function, core strength plays a role, too. Try this core building “Superman” exercise by lying on your stomach on a firm, comfortable surface. Lift and extend your head and limbs so that your chest and thighs are in the air. Hold this position and repeat. Try this exercise and you’ll see an improvement in brain function!
