You get the best of both worlds: exercise and being present in nature. Both of these are proven to help with stress. And, as for goal setting, you’ll see new confidence as well. Research some beautiful hikes in your area and make a list of hikes you’d like to do. Set a goal to finish your list by a certain date and stick to it! Thanks for listening!
