Welcome to Episode 324 of the Train Your Brain Podcast. Today Dr. Trayford reminds us of the importance of being a life long learner. You are never too old to learn something new, pick up a new skill or take a class. Taking a class is highly encouraged here because you’ll be applying yourself to a program and a curriculum that will challenge you. Self-guided learning is good too though if you don’t have the opportunity to take a formal class. Whether it is music lessons, a history course or an art class you’re brain will learn new things and it is never too late! Jason mentions that he takes Jujitsu with a man in his 70s and he definitely doesn’t seem too old to Jason! Thanks for listening!
