It’s Tuesday and we’re here with another great Train Your Brain Podcast! Today’s tip is number 268 and it is to walk barefoot. We need to feel our feet on the ground. This helps with the structure of our foot, our knees, hips and posture. Shoes don’t allow the feet to engage with the ground and that throws off your gait and walking cycle. Who knew?! If we don’t get sensory input from our feet, we are depriving the brain from interaction with the outside world. What a great tip! Thanks for listening!
