Good morning Train Your Brain Podcast listeners! Welcome to episode 245 with your host Dr. Trayford and producer Jason Pyles. Today Dr. Trayford tells us why doing things the old fashioned way just might be a good idea. In the case of how you make a note of things he recommends physically writing it down. Writing things down is more effective than recording a voice reminder or typing. This is because by taking notes longhand you have to be more selective about what you write and you process the information better. Thanks for listening!
