Welcome to the Train Your Brain Podcast! Today Dr. Trayford shares brain training tip number 153 with us. Our eyes are our most important sensory organ so let’s properly exercise them and care for them. Dr. Trayford recommends closing our eyes and then gently holding them with our index and middle fingers and applying a slight amount of pressure. After a few seconds remove the pressure. You can also rotate your fingers in a circular motion very gently on your eyelids. Thanks for listening!
Now through the end of February we are having a special contest for Train Your Brain Podcast Listeners to send in their best brain training tip for a chance to win a $25 gift card!
