Hello dear listeners! Today Dr. Trayford shares brain training tip number 144 which is: Preparation is key. Just think of the difference in your peace of mind when you can walk into a situation prepared! Unfortunately there do seem to be some things that blindside us, like an interpersonal conflict, for example. Actually, one way to prepare for that, that you might not have thought about before is to put yourself into someone else’s shoes. This form of empathy arms you with the forethought to navigate a social situation well. Treat your brain kindly by being prepared in all things, so that you don’t have an excessive amount of stressful situations in your life. Thanks for listening!
Now through the end of February we are having a special contest for Train Your Brain Podcast Listeners to send in their best brain training tip for a chance to win a $25 gift card!
