Berries contain a great amount of flavonoids, which are generally believed to provide many health benefits via cell signaling pathways. They are also a great source of antioxidants. If you feel like fresh berries are just to expensive to afford on a regular basis, then consider frozen berries. They are much less expensive and manifest the same amazing results in health!
