Chances are, this allows the bed to be farther away from the HVAC vent that can vibrate the wall once turned on. Also, some walls don’t have great insulation and can get cold. Because brain training can be intensive and requires time and resources you need to be prepared. Be mentally, physically and financially ready so that you get the most out of your experience. There are some basic good practices that you should adopt beforehand. Get good quality sleep, hydration and nutrition. Take a vacation from your supplements and cut down on your technology usage. These small changes will prime your body and brain to improve and rehabilitate.
