So, Dr. Trayford’s tip today is to limit our use of social media. This alternate reality can actually hurt your brain function because it is distorted. Anything that is not typical will affect the brain as a stressor. Dr. Trayford gives several examples of how social media interactions are not typical, real-world conditions. Please consider limiting your social media time so as to make room for real interactions.
