Train Your Brain Podcast logo

Welcome to the Train Your Brain Podcast! Today Dr. Trayford shares brain training tip number 160! There are a few things that we are missing out on as we move further and further away from writing things out on paper. When we write something out by hand we are using our brain to form the letters. So, don’t type everything you write; pick up a pencil as often as you can. Thanks for listening!

Now through the end of February we are having a special contest for Train Your Brain Podcast Listeners to send in their best brain training tip for a chance to win a $25 gift card!
