Welcome to the Train Your Brain Podcast! Today Dr. Trayford shares brain training tip number 157. We count calories and we track grams of fat and sugar, but how many of us monitor our sodium intake? We may think that as long as we don’t sprinkle too much extra salt on our food we are safe. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Processed foods are laden with salt even if you don’t add your own dash. High sodium levels have been linked to just about every ailment under the sun, so please read the labels and the serving sizes and be careful. Thanks for listening!

Now through the end of February we are having a special contest for Train Your Brain Podcast Listeners to send in their best brain training tip for a chance to win a $25 gift card!
