Ep. 301 – Get Your Bed Away From Outside Walls

Train Your Brain Podcast logo

Welcome to the Train Your Brain Podcast episode 301. Today Dr. Trayford shares a brain training tip will help you sleep better. The tip is to try to move your bed away from the outside wall. Chances are, this allows the bed to be farther away from the HVAC vent that can vibrate the wall once turned on. Also, some walls don’t have great insulation and can get cold. Perhaps most importantly, you might want to distance yourself from outside noise. Thanks for listening!
