Many people depend upon a CPAP breathing machine in order to be able to get the quality sleep they need. That is fine when there aren’t other health issues in the mix. If there are other health issues then they should be attended to on their own. For example, excess weight is one cause of compromised sleep and the subsequent use of a CPAP breathing machine.
