Dr. Trayford describes how to stand on one foot and rest your other foot on your supporting leg’s ankle. Try to stand as steadily as possible for about 30 seconds. Then switch sides and try balancing again. You’ll be surprised how much of an impact a physical balance exercise can have on your brain. Thanks for listening!
