Brain training tip number 89 is to practice yoga. Those who practice yoga actually have shown in MRIs to have greater volume of certain regions of the brain. These regions typically include the Somatosensory Cortex, the Hippocampus, Superior Parietal Cortex. If you can improve these areas of the brain you can have a massive impact on perception, learning and other body issues. Thanks for listening!
