Vitamin B-12 is so important for the proper function of so many different body systems. It is worth your while to get your B-12 levels tested and to make sure that you are eating a diet with enough animal products. Also, if you’ve been suffering from symptoms like depression, poor memory or troubled sleep, a B-12 difficiency might be a factor. Thanks for listening!
