In Episode 015, Dr. Trayford continues his instruction on Neuroplasticity that began in Episode 008. There truly are things that you can do every day to keep your brain stretching and growing. For instance, as discussed in this episode, you can take a different route while driving to work. This is very stimulating to the brain. Another concept that Dr. Trayford addresses is the idea that if we’re not frustrated, than we’re not learning. So, try to do something new and puzzling today!
